Greetings my fellow HUMSS student! As you are reading my message, Allow me to introduce myself, I am John Laurence Latauan your fellow HUMSS student from Emmanuel Resureccion Integrated High School, my interests are Arts and singing and anything fun and makes me get along with anyone, almost. Nevertheless I do my best on every quest and problems I adress.
Taking on HUMSS strand can be challenging at first especially for those upcoming grade 11 students that needs to adjust from junior high to senior high, at first, even me myself was overwhelmed at how vastly different it is from junior high and it is the sole reason why we decided to come up with HumanistaDiaries. Transitioning from junior into senior high naturally feels pressuring and overwhelming, but through this website, it is our way to be the light of those walking in the darkness of the unknown path of Humanities and Social Sciences Strand.

Hi, I’m Anna Marie Castro from Emmanuel Resurreccion Congressional Integrated High School. As a Grade 12 HUMSS student and also an athlete, I know how challenging it can be to balance and excel both in academics and sports. But for me, I believe that every challenge, whether inside the classroom or on the court, pushes me to grow stronger, wiser, more disciplined, and more prepared for the future.
That’s actually one of the reasons why we came up with Humanista Diaries. We wanted to make a space where our fellow HUMSS students can find simple guides, support, and motivation for them to survive and enjoy their senior highschool life. As someone who juggles training and studying, I believe that it’s possible to achieve both academic success and personal growth if you have the right mindset and the right resources. This website is a proof that we can succeed not only in academics but also in the other passions we love.
